Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had a diverse range of abilities, which included the ability to direct, act, produce, write plays as well as teach and serve as Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the child of a Briton as well as the son of a Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. Anna appeared in several advertisements as a kid. Anna relocated to Toronto in the fall of 1999 to further her acting career. She eventually settled down to Los Angeles (California) over the following decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They became engaged in 2009, after they got married.
