Amy Smart has been a actor, model and former American. Born in California USA, Amy Smart started her modeling career in California. The first time she acted was in 1996's TV film Her Costly Affair. From there to starring in a small role in the film Starship Troopers she struggled very difficult. This was not easy for Amy as she had change from modeling to acting. Models aren't considered great actors so they tend to play smaller, less important roles. Amy was determined to succeed and eventually she was offered bigger roles starting in The 70s, the movie Varsity Blues. In 2005, Amy took as the lead in the romance comedy Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds. The film became a massive film at the box office and Amy had finally found the fame she had been striving for for over 10 years. There were several major films within the Crank trilogy alongside Jason Statham. And she was also a regular character on The Shameless series.
