Cole visited her mother Deborah Quinn and her stepfather Shawn Christian, her parents of half-brother Kameron Christian. Then, she was invited to audition for Summerland on the WB. She won the role of Erika Spalding in 2004 after which she moved to Los Angeles to film the series.Cole appeared in Ryan Cabrera's "True" music video, Bullet for My Valentine's music video "Tears Don't Fall" as well as Papa Roach's video for "Scars".She guest-starred in The WB show Supernatural episode called "Provenance", where she played Sarah Blake, an art dealer. She later reprised the role in Season 8's "Clip Show" episode. She appeared in an episode that aired on CBS as NUMB3RS as Bianca. She was Desiree's main character in April Fool's Day's horror remake. Cole was part of the film 12 Rounds, which was made by WWE Films. It starred John Cena. Cole later became part of the main cast as a recurring character performing the same role in the first episode of the year 2009. She also played a role in The Violent Kind alongside Tiffany Shepis. She was the "Hot Neighbor", a part she played in the short-lived show Secret Girlfriend. In 2009 she starred in a guest role as Charlotte Cook, a DC escort. She was the lead character Vicky Roberts in The Event, a covert assassin for the group. In October of 2011 she was in The Walk's music video. In November 2011, she was cast in CSI: Miami in the part that she played as Samantha Owens, a lab technician. As Jennifer Starke, she was a regular role on the A&E series The Glades in 2012.
