Rubi Rose Benton was born October 2 1997, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised, by Nardos Ghebrelul, her mother, an Eritrean dentist immigrant from Ethiopia as well as John Benton, her father who is an attorney with Japanese, African American and European descent. The father of her was adopted. Scarlette is an older sister , and Coral is a younger sister. 2] She was baptized in Orthodox Christianity in the age of a child. (better source required) She spent a year in Geneva, Switzerland. Then she moved to Atlanta, Georgia in her senior year in high school. Brookwood High School, Snellville, Georgia was where she was a track athlete. She was a student of politics at Georgia State University. She grew up with Prince, Michael Jackson, Biggie, Marvin Gaye and Chaka Khan. Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj are her main influences. Rose was the first to be credited as the main actress in the Migos music video for "Bad and Boujee" the hip-hop group. She began to appear on Twitch streams at this point together with East Coast hip hop commentator DJ Akademiks. More sources are needed. Rose began her career in music in September of 2018 with a remix of "On Top" the song released by Playboi Carti. The single "Big Mouth" became a big hit in the beginning of 2019, and she performed very well in the year 2019. Rose was in Cardi B's music video for her single "WAP", on August 7, 2020. A&R Chris Turner signed Rose to LA Reid's record company Hitco Entertainment in 2019. Rubi is also very well recognized for her high-profile relationships. Rubi has been with Travis Scott, Ian Connor and Soulja Boy. She is currently unmarried.
